Job Summary: This job creates an experience for our customers by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages, and products while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Prepares coffee and expresso drinks for customers, sells baked goods in a friendly efficient manner.

Job Details:

• Seasonal, full-time positions available supporting the F&B team at Palisades Tahoe
• Role starts at $21 hourly

Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned:

• Assists in the opening and closing of café following checklist
• Greet all customers with a hello and smile
• Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas. Maintains the highest level of standards for all product preparations. Adheres to all Company recipes and measurements
• Sells and serves baked goods and miscellaneous food items to customers.
• Accurately processes transactions through a POS and counts back change to customers
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
• Clean service or seating areas.
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.

Required:

• Must have excellent safety awareness.

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Base hourly pay range: $18.68 - $24.28 per hour
