RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train to meet the standards of a five-star hotel in all aspects of serving the guests, as well as warmly greeting and assisting them, with hospitable service and providing a memorable experience.
• Must be a reliable individual who can abide by all company policies, as well as food safety regulations.
• Must have excellent customer service skills as they are responsible for greeting and assisting all guests.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment while upholding all luxury standards.
• Will assist management with merchandising of product, stocking, prepping, rotating stock, pricing, monthly inventory and daily retail sales.
• Must possess knowledge of the resort and the hotel in providing information to guests regarding services of our outlet and all other outlets.
• Responsible for taking all orders, as well as facilitating the orders accurately, completely and seamlessly for all guests.
• Employee must be able to make good decisions with confidential information regarding events and guests of Kiawah Island Golf Resort.
• Responsible for keeping the outlet and outside corridor clean and tidy.
• Must be able to provide legible communication.
• Telephone communication skills are a plus.
• Uphold the core values, and policies and procedures of the resort.
• All other duties as assigned.

What are some qualifications: Required:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent GED preferred
• For grocery delivery needs: must have a valid S.C. Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Team-oriented mentality, with ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
