Neptunes Barback

Neptunes Bar Program is centered around the classic Trader-Vic style of the tiki world. The program is a melting pot of older and newer recipes with an emphasis on Craft Beer, Craft Cocktails. We were born from Neptunes Brewery and want to be able to showcase the beers our community knows and loves with also providing a fun, unique bar atmosphere that most Montanans and visitors dont expect. As a rule of thumb, we make as much as we can with fresh, whole ingredients from scratch with the addition of high-quality, imported spirits, wine and sake.

When working as a Barback at Neptunes Taphouse and Eatery here is what is expected of you:

Our bar staff is expected to work in a fast paced environment, we are a big and busy restaurant and expect our bar staff to be able to keep up with business and stay on task.

Your tasks will include:

• 
  Helping out behind the bar during service including filling ice wells, stocking wines and sakes in the coolers.
• Refilling juices and keeping those stocked behind the bar.
• Grabbing waters and menus, greeting guests that sit down at the bar.
• Taking care of dishes behind the bar.
• Help pouring beers and wines, as well as ringing in some orders for guests.
• Being able to change a keg.

In addition to your tasks, we expect you to be able to lift at least 50lbs and wear non-slip, closed toed shoes.
