We are looking for an experienced baker to join our baking team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious treats, as well as a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation. The baker will be responsible for following recipes, measuring ingredients, and making/baking a variety of items such as cakes, desserts, breads, and croissants. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and instructions for baking products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Measure ingredients accurately.
- Operate ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor the quality of baked goods throughout the production process.
