This is why we offer a great GUARANTEED hourly pay + commission, as you know I can’t throw out $130K per year because that is a MADE UP flat-rate pay + an ungodly amount of hours booked and coming in on the weekend.

That’s not a life, not what we ask of our team.

On top of that we know you work hard, so we do our best to approve as much PTO as possible. Giving you a good work-life balance.

I’m Kory from Rozema's Car Care, we are looking for one technician.

An Automotive Technician, self-starter, 3+ years of experience, strong diagnostic and drivability skills, and own set of tools. Must be certified to do auto repairs in the state of Michigan or willing to obtain license.
(We Provide all specialty tools.)

We pay you a great hourly rate, plus commission based on efficiency and productivity. Forget all that flat rate nonsense. We want to be as straightforward as possible and pay you the best way possible.
