We are currently seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors, also known as Automotive Service Writers. As an Automotive Service Advisor your primary responsibility is to advise customers on the available light maintenance service options when their vehicles need Express Maintenance. We're counting on you to develop extensive product knowledge and serve our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance.

• $45,000.00-$100,000.00 (Experience Based)
• Flexible Hours Monday - Friday with Some Saturdays

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival at the shop.
• Ascertain reason for customer visit through verbal interview and visual assessment of the vehicle.
• Connect customers with the appropriate automotive mechanics or technicians.
• Consult with technicians regarding appropriate service options.
• Call a customer with any and all updates or items needed for the repair
• A prompt call to customers when the vehicle is washed and ready
• Close all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their vehicle

Qualifications:

• No experience is needed, we will train the right person!
• Competent level of computer literacy
• Substantial time management technique
• Have a general understanding of automotive maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Substance screening is required of all Toyota Bountiful employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
