Responsibilities
  • Manage Books and Records for a Retail Automotive Dealership
  • Prepare and Submit Monthly Factory Financial Statement
  • Cash Management
  • Payroll and HR Management
  • Supervise all General Ledger Accounting
  • Review and Clean Accounting Schedules
  • Evaluate Performance and assess Internal Controls
  • Assist Department Managers with Budgets and Expense Control
  • Other tasks and responsibilities
  • Communicate, lead and train office and reception staff
Qualifications
  • Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
  • Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
  • Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
