Job Role: Automation Test Manager

Job Location: Charlotte, NC

Hire type: Contract.

Technical Skills:

1. 8 years’ automation experience and proficient in using open-source test automation frameworks like: TestNG Maven Selenium TDD and Cucumber BDD. Ability to create the automation framework, framework components like customized extent reporting with screenshots of navigation and failure, Cron Job setup in the VM, JIRA Xray plugin integration with the framework, CICD Jenkins implementation, Selenium Grid setup, Parallel execution, multi browser execution etc. from scratch and give POC Demos to the customer and get sign off from customer.

2. 4 plus years’ automation experience and proficient working with CICD tools like Jenkins, Team City: Create architecture diagram, setup the CICD, get multiple Jenkins or team city jobs triggered weekly and get the reports emailed to the customer on weekly basis.

3. 4 plus years’ automation experience and proficient working with git operations: Checking in, checking out, merging the code etc and also extensive experience working with code quality tools like Sonar Lint Plugin.

4. 4 years’ automation experience working with Web services API using frameworks like REST Assured etc combined with Cucumber BDD is preferred. Loud communication with customer especially during the demo and confident multiple demoes of the required components to the customer and getting sign off from the customer is prefrerred.

5. 4 years solid previous automation experience in Banking Domain experience especially in Credit Card domain is preferred.

6. Additional skills like Cloud Computing and AIML is a plus.

7. Experience in developing test plans and test cases for manual testing and uploading the test cases in QTest.

8. Proficient in creating and executing the Automation framework scenarios with Web Apps, APIs, DBs and Mainframe systems preferred.

9. Proficient with monitoring, aggregating, and analyzing testing automation results and metrics

10. Proficient in identifying the root cause of the test failures, retesting, and uploading to JIRA and reporting to the customer required.
