Auto Collision Experts is looking for a qualified Auto Body Technician to join our team. We are a high-performance company, looking for a high-performance candidate, someone who is comfortable to work in a busy, high volume work place. We have a different kind of operation where careful, quality work is prioritized over speed. Efficiency is important, but quality prevails.

Responsibilities:

• Repair collision damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Work in harmony with the production schedule including meeting deadlines
• Protect the customer’s car to prevent damage during the repairs. This includes but is not limited to the use of seat bags, floor mats, car covers, welding blankets, masking paper, or any other practical method to ensure positive results.
• Always check all the parts for correctness before starting the repair and notify the appropriate person of any incorrect parts or other discrepancies.
• Immediately notify the appropriate person of any hidden or missed damage that doesn’t appear on the Work Order

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of collision repair experience
• Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work
• Above average quality focus
• High production capabilities
• I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Drug and background check required

Pay DOE $18-$25 commission
