ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
** This position will be located in Tuba City, Arizona
HIRING DEPARTMENTS: Audiology department
The Audiologist performs and provides routine diagnostic and treatment services to patients of all ages with hearing and balance disorders. Pediatric diagnosis and management are an important part of responsibilities. Amplification is dispensed through our government insurance program for qualified patients. Strong skills and experience with amplification and pediatric care are a benefit to the department.
- Diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services
- Defines patient hearing impairment and balance disorder
- Selects and administers electrophysiological and other relevant tests
- Determines type and degree of hearing impairment
- Interprets audiometric diagnostic data

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- Au.D. or Ph.D. - Audiology
- Vaild Dispensing Audiologist License
- Certificate of Clinical Compliance from ASLHA or American Board of Audiology
- Three (3) years of experience
