An
Equipment Logistics Coordinator performs duties to respond and arrange the utilization of company assets (audiovisual equipment) through corporate trade shows, meetings, and concert touring.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Participate in the coordination, availability, utilization, and logistics associated with the scheduling of company's equipment.
- Receive and review confirmed show quotes and tech pull lists for all office locations.
- Provide support to warehouse operations on equipment challenges related to movement or availability matters.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships within the company.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with current and new cross rental vendors.
- Answer inbound calls and emails.
- Data entry and data management.
To be successful in the Equipment Logistics Coordinator role you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Audio-Visual industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
