Job Overview: As a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, the Associate Talent Acquisition Scout role is responsible for finding and attracting the best passive talent leads for high volume positions at Mystic Lake Casino & Hotel and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC). This position will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support external talent pipelining and bench strength and will have a direct influence on improving and maintaining a superior candidate

experience.

Job Requirements:

Reflects MINIMUMEDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:

• 1+ years of professional experience in a talent/recruitment function or soucing/sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred.
• Must possess a disciplined work style with the ability to show comparable urgency with proactive work as with deadline-driven work.
• Experienced and knowledgeable with social media tools and other internet employment advertising and networking tools with an emphasis on diversity recruiting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Technical experience with MS Office, Internet tools, ATS, HRIS and systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative to manager time, monitor details and complete tasks efficiently and on-time.
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities while demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
