Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst Contractor to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the planning and coordination of the company's inventory and procurement requirements and manage warehouse operation
• Daily inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancy issues
• Manage inventory transaction such as receiving, shipping, sub-inventory movement, other in/out/model change, ship back, scrap, RMA issue
• Managed warehousing, transportation, packaging and border compliance
• Control receiving / shipping order with 3PL based on daily data

Qualifications / Skills:

• Working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and WMS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to problem solve complex customer & supplier issues to be a part of the solution
• Organized and detail focused in communications and process documentation
• Planners work for warehouses and make sure inventory is ready for delivery

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Experience tracking & reporting results to management and working closely with the cross-functional team to maximize the business

Preferred (not required):

• Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual: English & Korean
