Job Description

Valencia Relationship Institute (VRI) is a thriving group practice offering two beautiful and convenient locations in Valencia & Burbank/Toluca Lake. We provide excellent therapist training and support in a cohesive team environment. Our team of therapists is dedicated to delivering high quality emotional & behavioral health services for children, teens, adults and couples. We offer positive and practical help to our clients who are often struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and divorce as well as other emotional and relationship issues.

We are seeking full-time or part-time pre-licensed therapists (AMFTs, ACSWs) for between 15 to 28 client hours per week. This is a perfect opportunity for an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist or Clinical Social Worker. Our growing staff of therapists love working here and we want to invite you to join our amazing team.

Our Ideal Applicant...

• Minimum of 1 year (preferred) experience providing individual and relationship counseling for children, teens, and families/couples.
• Experience with (or a strong willingness & commitment to learn) evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as: CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, and EFT for couples.
• Applicants must be dedicated to building strong therapeutic relationships and be passionate about providing the highest level of care to our clients.
• Willingness & motivation to stay current on the latest research and evidence based methods through regular training and consultation.
• Desire to develop a career with Valencia Relationship Institute -- and not be employed by another group practice outside VRI while employed with us.
• Desire to collaborate and positively contribute to our professional team.
• Motivation and enthusiasm to work with an amazing team who promotes a positive group culture.
