What you will be doing:
The Associate Manager of Product Marketing will develop and manage 360 marketing campaigns and initiatives to elevate the Drybar brand while growing engagement and driving growth.
This individual will lead product focused campaign creation and execution with cross-functional teams including Social, Influencer & PR, e-Commerce, Channel and Education & Events to help create a strong, cohesive, seamless brand experience across all touch points along the customer journey.
This role will leverage data in consumer behavior, industry trends, competitive research, and business analytics to craft rich storytelling content and implement marketing initiatives that create a competitive advantage for the brand and support company strategic and financial objectives.
- Lead the creative process from brief through final results, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop briefs for all new launches and brand campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels while also demonstrating opportunities within each channel for increased reach/engagement.
- Brief in creative team and ensure clarity on all creative asset requests.
- Collaborate with channel marketing/sales on product launch dates; communicate any shifts with creative as it relates to the workback and· delivery dates.
- Develop timelines for delivery of final files to cross functional teams by their timelines (i.e. retailer due dates for Channel team, etc.).
- Adhere to creative team’s timelines, manage creative review rounds for campaigns and provide consolidated feedback from key team members.
- Liaise between creative team and cross-functional and provide direction so that all assets support the Brand DNA, developing outstanding consumer journeys and creative that aligns with the original brand brief.
- Partner closely with creative team to ensure shot list is accurate and all content gets gathered for creative assets requested.
- Work with internal key partners to identify all details for model casting (# of models, hair type/texture/length/color, skin tones, etc.) and create model brief for creative team.
- Ensure overlap of models is accurate to support launches, considering launch dates and retailer leads.
- Partner with Product Marketing Manager to align on model details (including before & after and finished looks) so that impactful transformations and strong imagery are captured.
- Partner with Brand Marketing and plan regular re-focus programs/campaigns that maintain an always-on focus for core SKUs.
- Lead development of creative briefs with cross-functional teams. Manage pre-production planning for photo/video shoots with creative team
- Partner with each channel to define and complete icon product strategy (i.e., activations, sampling, etc.).
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
- Exhibit a keen ability to handle a multitude of projects at one time, be proactive, hands on and handle pressure in a fast paced business
- Proactive, self-starter, ability to drive and manage programs independently
- Balance between analytical and creative thinking
- Resourcefulness in solving problems and pursuing new, valuable and innovative opportunities
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and deliver multiple products or services concurrently under time constraints
- Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, International Business
- 3+ years of relevant experience in CPG, Beauty or Fashion
- Passionate about the beauty industry and trend savvy
- Strong analytical skills including ability to translate reports
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
- Consumer obsessed demonstrates deep understanding of the retail/beauty landscape
- Experience with external agencies (i.e. Creative)
- Experience managing budgets
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

- Experience working in Prestige Beauty
In California, Colorado, and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $62,067- $93,101 annually/hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
