Job Description

Retail: This role will work closely with our customers, automotive partners, and various teams to train on digital retail sales, desking, F&I, and CRM tools. As an ideal candidate, you'll ensure a seamless and compliant process for our customers, adhering to the standards of the dealership, OEMs, lenders, and regions. You'll work with both onsite and remote teams to meet deliverables and provide support. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and a great communicator, with a passion for automotive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Retail

• Work closely with customers, automotive partners, and various teams to train digital retail sales, desking, F&I, and CRM tools.
• Ensure a seamless and compliant process for customers, adhering to the standards of the dealership, OEMs, lenders, and regions.
• Collaborate with both onsite and remote teams to meet deliverables and provide support.
• Focus heavily on automotive desking, sales, digital retail and CRM.
• Ensure Automotive Enterprise Cloud Sales tools and ARC cloud sales system is configured accurately according to timelines that build the confidence of end users.

Skills and Experience

• Has a passion for improving existing systems and enjoys coming up with creative solutions.
• Is a great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to connect with people at all levels.
• 0-2 work experience is required.
• Loves solving problems and pays attention to even the smallest of details.
• Manages their time well and is always looking for ways to improve their workflow.
• Can adapt to changing situations and environments with ease.
• Is a team player, always eager to collaborate and build strong relationships with colleagues.
• Can translate customer feedback into actionable deliverables for internal teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to contribute to its success.
• Has a passion for learning and taking on new challenges.
• Is willing to travel up to 50% of the time to support our customers and partners.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• 1-2 years in Project Management (preferred)
• PMP Certification
