In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU. In this role, you will:

  • Develop, coordinate, or review business investment proposals that support timely and profitable business decisions, and complete audits of projects to determine profitability and achievement of original objectives.
  • Shape, coordinate, and drive delivery of global projects/initiatives as required by function and BU leaders. Provide business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities that deliver sound analyses, recommendations, and actionable programs across a range of business or financial opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency within the function and K-C. Also, enhance the position by thoroughly reviewing all activities performed to improve the quality and productivity of services provided.
  • Provide ongoing budget and forecast decision support and spending oversight for DTS teams and projects.
  • Deliver results and develop yourself by adopting and demonstrating Kimberly-Clark’s values (we care, we own, we act) and ways of working (focus on consumers, play to win, move fast, grow our people).

The successful candidate will join the Enterprise FP&A Team and report to the Director of Enterprise Functions.

About You

You’re driven to perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring.   • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial, business partnership, & leadership experiences.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build a compelling business case.
  • Demonstrable project, influencing, change management, and executive support experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated and broad application of business, finance, and economics principles
  • CPG industry and direct (or indirect) information technology experience with a multi-national is desirable.
