Associate Experience Coordinator (Talent Acquisition)

Areas is looking for a recruiter that has attention to detail to ensure a positive candidate experience by building quality relationships while guiding the candidates through the selection process. In this role, the recruiter will be responsible for the on-boarding training over the first 90 days of employment.

What you'll do:

· You will improve: As a recruitment guru, you will look for process and workflow improvement. Facilitate weekly accountability meetings with leaders.

· You will develop: During the selection process you will develop relationships with the candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. You will meet with hiring managers to develop recruiting, onboarding and 30-60-90 plans for new associates. Develop and maintain relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.

· You will provide: A high level of customer service as you partner with candidates, recruiters, agency partners and hiring managers.Schedule an attend job fairs. Send communication to candidates in each step of the selection process. Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants. Screen and refer applicants to hiring manager for interviews. Provide support to the leadership team members including preparing team interviews with candidates.

• Ability to successfully balance work priorities across multiple constituencies.

Other Qualifications Include:

· Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years recruitment experience.

· 3 years of operation experience.

· Experience working in recruitment within the hospitality and/or restaurant environment a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
