Are you a looking to make an impact and drive growth in the DTC Marketing space?

Join our Wine eCommerce & DTC team as a Marketing Associate and unleash your creativity as you design and execute marketing campaigns for our Wonderful wine brands (JUSTIN, Landmark, JNSQ & Lewis Cellars). Reporting to the Associate Manager of DTC Marketing, you’ll work collaboratively on calendar planning, campaign creation and promotional execution to drive eCommerce sales and grow our Wine Club.

• Develop and maintain the Digital Marketing calendar, with focus on eCommerce promotions, wine club recruitment and new wine releases
• Perform key tasks to support the launch and maintenance of Digital Marketing campaigns – e.g., draft campaign briefs, submit requests for new promotion codes, product SKUs and product images; etc.
• Assist with website updates and maintenance, including new product pages and homepage hero concepts
• Communicate and work collaboratively across multiple departments including Brand, Growth and Retention, Customer Experience, Sales Operations, and in-house Agency
• Collaborate with Associate Manager to brainstorm new creative strategies to drive business growth
• Collect data and regularly analyze, summarize, and report on performance of Digital Marketing campaigns
• Distribute marketing and club materials to relevant departments to educate team members on upcoming campaign launches

• 1-year of sales and/or marketing/public relations experience within the wine industry required
• 2-year (associate) degree from an accredited institution required; 4-year (bachelors) degree preferred
• Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
• Excellent communication skills and able to communicate clearly and persuasively (both written and verbal)
• Strong planning and organization skills to plan work activities, use time efficiently, and complete deliverables in a timely manner
• Strong collaborative approach and a high attention to detail with a desire for accuracy and shared wins
• Experience with Klaviyo or Mailchimp a plus
• Passion for Digital Marketing and changing consumer trends
• COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
