GENERAL PURPOSE:The Application Business Analysis is responsible for providing ongoing system support.
Works with business customers and IT partners to identify, understand and resolve issues Coordinates the efforts of internal and external resources and key business partners in the support of existing production systems.
The base salary range for this role is $63,900 - $102,900. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Relationship Management
- Document functional business requirements as needed to support technical development.
- Foster relationships with Business partners and Support teams
- Participate in validation processes to ensure that detailed designs match high level designs
- Partner on test execution throughout all phases of testing (i.e. unit, end-to-end, integration, performance, operational readiness, user acceptance.)
- Help to manage User / Business acceptance testing and obtain sign-off
- Work with software and/or hardware vendors on enhancements and production issues
- Supporting existing production systems
o Analyzing system issues to help identify and address root causes
o Ensuring the related fixes and/or enhancements are tested successfully (by IT and by key users)
o Performing business analysis activities working with key users in the continual improvement of business processes

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- At least 2 years experience supporting merchant communities or merchandising (RMS preferable) and GTM (Bamboo Rose preferable) systems within high volume retailers in these business areas. Solid understanding of retail dynamics
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in supporting retail system delivery
- Ability to act independently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of RMS Merchandising and /or Bamboo Rose GTM system
- Excellent communication skills
- Working experience in Retail, particularly in Operational Support
- Strong analytical, problem solving, root cause analysis
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. This position requires the ability to use a computer, work as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team members and others. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work. #LI-Hybrid
