We are seeking an associate attorney who is organized, self-motivated, able to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently and efficiently on assignments. Attention to detail and the ability to research and conduct legal analysis are necessary.
The desired candidate would have judicial clerkship experience or otherwise demonstrate strong research, writing, and legal analysis skills, as our practice group handles many pre-suit, advisory assignments. This practice group also handles Examinations Under Oath and some civil litigation, including extra-contractual litigation and declaratory judgment actions.
This opportunity is eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of litigation experience
- Florida Bar admission
- Must be able to be productive working remotely.
- Strong, relevant, verifiable experience
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and communication skills
- Judicial clerkship experience or otherwise demonstrate strong research, writing, and legal analysis skills
