Associate Attorney Requirements:

We are a two attorney general practice firm specializing in family law, civil litigation, tribal law, and criminal law, located in Everett, Washington. We are searching for an associate attorney with preferred two years of litigation experience and working knowledge of court rules and procedures. If you are a reliable, self-starter who enjoys working with different client types and can divide and conquer multiple tasks by prioritizing, perhaps we are a good fit for you. You will have your own office.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in family law, including extensive, family law-related, courtroom experience (e.g., motion hearings, mediation, trial) is preferred
• Civil litigation experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
• Superior communication, client service, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with aggressive litigation on behalf of our clients
• Experience with billable hour requirements preferred

Associate Attorney Compensation:

• Starting salary competitive and DOE
• Medical benefits
• Potential year-end productivity bonus of up to 20% of base salary or more
