Tudor Oaks Senior Living, an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate Assisted Living LPN to join our nursing team.

We are searching for a NOC LPN, hours are 1100pm-700am.

As a Nurse at Tudor Oaks you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents, working in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psycho-social well-being and supervising staff in all areas of the facility during assigned shifts. You will provide oversight to all areas of our facility during your shifts.

• Pay starts at $28 for LPN/hour based on experience
• Offering a sign-on bonus of up to $3000

What you will need:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required; current Registered Nurse license (RN) or greater in Wisconsin, or compact license, required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, with geriatric setting experience strongly preferred.
• Covid-19 vaccination is required to work in a healthcare setting
