We are a modern wine, liquor and beer store that is looking to create a long-term relationship with a self motivated person who is passionate about wine and or beer and liquor and is enthusiastic about sharing that passion.

We have three stores (Maynard opened 2021, Concord opened 1981 and Sudbury opened 2011) and this position would be at one of the locations. All three are owned by a small family with two generations managing.

The store and team are setup so that we all chip in on everything. The owner cleans the bathroom too! We just want to find the right person and we will put you in a position to succeed. Our ideal candidate has knowledge of wine but even more important is your enthusiasm when discussing the wine you enjoy when talking to customers.

We want someone to cover all grounds - help us find the right products to purchase, then sell those products, stock the shelves, run the registers, meet the customers, and continually educate themselves about the latest trends in products. And most importantly, make sure customers want to come back to buy more!

It's a fun industry - we get to taste all sorts of different products and meet people from all walks of life. We are never bored and we like to move boxes and naturally want to help people.

One thing I can definitely say is that the staff is like a family here. We all spend a lot of time together and we are all friendly, like to laugh and also work hard. If that sounds good you will fit right in. We will guide you through the training process and make sure you are happy and successful.

This can be a full time or part time job. Just know that weekends and holidays are part of the gig.

Job Duties would include:

-Stocking shelves
-Help customers find the right products
-Find products to promote and create promotional materials
-Receive product deliveries
-Cashiering
-Data Entry

Some of the fine print:

-You need to physically be able to carry cases, 25+ times per day.
-You will need to work some evenings, weekends and busy holiday periods
-Job can be part-time or full-time
