Kumon Center is looking for energetic and passionate person to help kids (from 3 years old to high school student) to improve their math and reading skills. Kumon aims to pursue the potential of each individual child, and to develop his/her ability to its maximum.
The center is located at 16236 San Dieguito Road, Suite 4-16, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92091
Job duties include grading class work and homework, answering basic questions, filing, recording, and data processing.
We are looking for people with good instructional skills, an ability to observe, understand, and communicate with children, and a deep commitment to helping them grow. Applicants must have excellent reading and math skills. They needs to be patient and friendly when working with children, Candidates must be detail-oriented, consistent and reliable, with an ability to multi-task. Previous Kumon student is preferred but not required.
Depending on experience and qualifications, the pay rate is from $15 to $20 per hour. Currently class hours are 3pm to 7pm on Tuesdays and Fridays, 10am to 12pm on Saturday. Working hours could be flexible. This position is not eligible for benefits.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
