Assistant School Age Teacher Job at Steps to Success
Steps to Success in Leola, PA is hiring teachers and assistant teachers for all five locations. We are currently offering a $750 sign on bonus after completing your first 90 days.
Location and Operating Hours: Conestoga Valley Elementary Before and After Care: Full-Time 6:15am-9:15am and 3:00pm-6:00pm
Available position:
Steps to Success teachers provide a nurturing and educational environment for children. In addition to supervision of the children, responsibilities will also include light cleaning and implementation of lesson plans. Flexible hours available.
Salaries are based on experience:
- School Age Assistant Range: $12-$14/hour.
2 years of experience is required for all assistant and lead teachers.
Required Pre-Employment Paperwork:
- 2 years/2500 hours of documented child care experience or 30 ECE college credits/CDA.
- FBI Fingerprint clearance (receipt valid for 45 days).
- PA Child Abuse Clearance.
- PA State Police Clearance.
- NSOR Clearance.
- Health Assessment with TB Test.
- 2 Written References.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
