Assistant Retail Sales Manager Job at Ashley Snell Collection
We are looking for two Assistant managers with an entrepreneur spirit! This position is located in Winter Park Village starting middle of May. Training will be held early May.

You must be able to engage and build rapport with guests on the retail sales floor. Maintain an organized, clean , and an aesthetic appearance of the retail store at all times. Facilitate a great customer service experience by helping guests with their unique needs to create an effective purchase. Be able to support team members on the sales floor with a sense of urgency for transactions, online orders, in store pickups, refunds etc.
Assist store manager in the following, lead by example on the sales floor, interviewing, training new employees, creating weekly schedule, holding pre-shift meetings for team members, ensuring compliance in the store by supervising and mentoring team members on the sales retail floor, participate in pop-up events, completing daily tasks given by management, complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance to company policies,facilitate in store meetings, develop creative plans/social content to increase store sales, develop fun and competitive contests ideas for team members, execute inventory on a monthly basis, initiate best practices for loss and prevention, coordinate and supervise sales operations, ensure every customer has a great experience, and have a great attention to detail for a customized styling experience for each customer.
Assistant Manager experience preferred (1-2 years)
Experience working with a diverse group of people
Elevated customer service experience
Be proficient in all Google apps
