The Assistant Manager position provides outrageous customer service as a team leader following company policies and procedures while maintaining the standards of cleanliness, inside and out, the standards of efficiency and accuracy with equipment, the standards of maintaining proper merchandise levels, and the maximization of profit through sales and marketing as defined by FASTGAS.
