We are actively recruiting candidates to take part in our launch of Esporta Fitness (Brand of La Fitness). We are looking for Future Managers due to our explosive growth and new brand in the MA Sprignfield Market. This position would be learning our systems, sales process, and how to lead a sales team and working closely with our operations staff to ensure the club is running at full capacity. We attempt to take a 3-6 month time frame to train and develop this position.
Requirements: Managing your team, Making calls, marketing, collecting leads, setting appointments, taking tours, social media marketing, Hiring and development of staff
Qualifications: Should have great interpersonal skills, confidence, positive attitude, great work ethic, and a passion for fitness
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking for a career in the fitness industry with the biggest Health Club Company in the world. The position is full time. Schedules can be subject to change. Our goal is to find the right person who is self motivated and driven and provide them the tools and training to become successful in this business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
