Are you always helping others? Have you love the Chicago experience? Does making decisions and being a leader come naturally to you?

If so, you were born to be a Gino’s East AGM. You are passionate about helping people be their best and leading high performing teams. You’ve managed others before but are looking for a place where you can grow and develop a diverse team while leading a super fun and complex business.

You also have a keen eye for presentation (because everyone wants a perfect Instagram picture) – you love things neat, orderly, safe and secure within the store, and you know the best reward is a genuine thank you and smile from a happy guest.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor your team to grow
  • Develop and coach your team to work together to deliver remarkable guest experiences
  • Act as a company ambassador and embody the Gino’s East values: high-quality product, exceptional guest service, innovation, community, cleanliness, and great place to work
  • Oversee and manage all areas of the store – employees, guests, and business

  • Committed to always going above and beyond in order to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Detail oriented diligent in following instructions
  • Proactive and a problem solver that can quickly create solutions for issues that arise
  • A leader that leads by example and inspires your team to constantly be their best
  • Insert all the other good things YOU would want in a co-worker

You have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive management and leadership experience
  • Excellent judgment, communication skills and business acumen
  • A passion and love of the Gino’s East product, brand and experience
  • Necessary Food Handlers Certificate (store/city specific)
  • Work well under pressure with a smile and great personal energy as you bring your teams together - leading a busy kitchen team while leading a world-class guest services team
  • Good physical stamina and energy. You enjoy being on your feet and can lift up to 25 pounds
  • An understanding of financials, P&L statement, budgets, forecasting and labor
