When costs are controlled, and the restaurant operates like a well-oiled machine more guests visit us and visit more frequently. When this happens, the bottom line grows, and we can add new restaurants so that even more people can experience Hideaway Pizza.
As the GM you are ultimately responsible at your store for making this happen by leading your team to:

Job Requirements/Essential Functions
- Be 21 years of age or older and at least a high school graduate
- Maintain a Valid Liquor License, Alcohol Compliance Certificate, and Food Permit (when required)
- Maintain a valid Drivers License and ability to occasionally drive for the job
- Meet our Physical Requirements-‐ including but not limited to -‐ reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, standing, and walking throughout the dining room (and up and down stairs when applicable) for up to 12 hours, carrying a tray with up to 25 pounds, and able to lift up to 40 pounds
- When needed can work a “double” (lunch shift and dinner shift)
- Work a changing shift schedule (which includes days, nights & weekends)
- Work “Full Time” 50+ hours a week on average
- Work on Holidays/Special Events plus work days before & after on closed Holidays
- Be able to use POS system with no errors and utilize basic computer programs such as Excel/Word
- Reconcile and balance monetary transactions accurately
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Pass all required tests
