Assistant Director Job at Juneau Montessori School
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Office Manager serves as manager of the school office and support for the school. The office manager organizes, directs and performs varied and complex clerical and secretarial work with confidentiality and sensitivity for a school providing toddler and preschool education as well as childcare services for children in accordance with the philosophy and objectives of the Juneau Montessori School.
The Office Manager engages in clear, consistent communication with the Executive Director, Staff and prospective parents in all aspects of school operations and its programs.
The Office manager carries out the broad duties established by the Executive Director. Within these duties the Office Manager provides administrative and supervisory support for the ED and staff and has responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the school’s programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
