Assistant Child Care Teacher-Working with Childcare Experience Required Job at LITTLE RED SCHOOLHOUSE
Type III Learning Center servings ages infants-pre kindergarten is actively hiring for assistant teachers working under the supervision of a lead teacher. Each classroom has two teachers per class. We offer paid training and paid tuition through Louisiana Pathways. All staff members are eligible to receive a CDA with an Ancillary Certification and qualify for the Louisiana School Readiness Tax Credit which ranges from $1894-$3787. This tax credit comes from working in a highly rated Type III center.
We offer full time, part time, and half day hours (ideal for college or high school seniors).
The applicant must enjoy children, being enthusiastic, and want to engage children in our learning environment. Communication skills must be strong in order to communicate with students, parents, and co workers.
Pay will vary depending on certifications, degrees, experience, etc.
