The Car Wash Assistant Manager’s responsible is to assist the Car Wash Manager. Candidates must have leadership experience, possess team building and management skills in order to be considered for the role.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- $32 / hour
- Manage all staff in absence of the Car Wash Manager
- Monitor and order chemical and vending machine inventory
- Work directly with Car Wash Manager to oversee the operation of the car wash
- Assist the Car Wash Manager is diagnosing and repairing equipment
- Adjust and create scheduling for Car Wash Attendants
- Measure and calculate chemical cost and monitor inventory
- Implement, monitor, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety, cleanliness and reliability of the wash
- Assist with the coaching, training, and development of new and existing staff
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
- Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant Car Wash Team Leader experience
- Proficient skill level with MacNeil Tunnel Controller, Kronos Scheduler, and DRB’s SiteWatch
- Retail Management experience a plus
