In 2021, an expansion allowed the credit union to begin serving anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in Clackamas, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington, and Yamhill counties.

THIS JOB IS ELIGIBLE FOR A $1000 NEW HIRE BONUS**
Starting Pay Range: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour (based on experience)
Spanish bilingual skill highly preferred.
Those who are fluent in Spanish are eligible for a language differential rate increase.

Our Assistant Branch Manager is a leader in providing unparalleled service to our members by expanding and deepening relationships. Areas of focus range from supporting and leading implementation of promotional campaigns and product initiatives, minimizing operational losses, processing routine transactions, opening new accounts, and taking loan applications. Our Assistant Branch Manager is also ready to assist in the overall management of the branch and may step in for Branch Manager as needed.
Here is a snapshot of what our Teams day-to-day looks like:
- Collaborates in creating an encouraging environment by coaching and mentoring employees to achieve top performance in service and sales.
- Supports Branch Manager in setting targets and goals for staff performance and department goals and developing an action plan to meet those goals.
- Connecting and chatting with members via walk-in branch operations and via Credit Union technology including phone systems, online chat, and email.
- Researching and resolving fundamental member inquiries about member accounts, loan applications, verify transactions, and examine documents.
- Thoughtfully reflect and analyze member’s goals, needs, and concerns, and educate our community on appropriate products/services to ensure one-touch resolution and to build a long-term banking relationship with each member.
- Protect our members by resolving loan application issues, addressing credit report concerns, and working with each member to move them towards financial success.
- Excited to support our team by being consistently prepared and ready to help our members by delivering a world-class interaction through face to face connections and secure digital services.
- Demonstrates proficiency and knowledge about technology with the ability to quickly learn and access products through banking core systems.
