Location: Germantown, WI 53022
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, Full Time. (Start/end times may very +/- 1 hour)
Pay:$20-22 BOE per hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly
We are seeking Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers.
SUMMARY- Mechanical
Under the direction of the Mechanical Assembly Supervisor be responsible for the mechanical assembly of subassemblies and units, perform limited line and layout and assist with final assembly of large and complex products. Requires a broad knowledge of assembly and erection.
1. Receives work assignments and reviews drawings, blueprints and specifications to plan work and sequence of operations. Work from multi-page and progressive drawings and perform limited line layout to accurately assemble structures.
2. Locate, move and position parts and subassemblies using floor operated crane and lift truck. Use a variety of precision measuring devices to assure dimensional accuracy and precision fitting and aligning. Level and tram rolls and assemble winders under direction. Assemble and erect structures to precise and critical dimensions. Perform necessary fitting, aligning and adjustments with assistance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Requires ability to work from multi-page progressive drawings and blueprints, use a variety of precision measuring devices. Experience up to three years necessary to become familiar with procedures and become proficient.
SUMMARY- Electrical
Under direction, perform standard sized or established wiring of components and subassemblies where procedures are defined and instructions are given on deviations. Utilize schematics or wiring diagrams as necessary to perform the following duties:
1. Receive assignments, locate devices, materials and supplies and proceed with wiring of components and subassemblies where procedures are established.
2. Mount components and/or devices to specified locations. Select, cut and assemble wiring components and install wiring as instructed. Perform standardized or established wiring of panels where locations and devices are designated and established.
3. Work with and assist on more complex wiring under direction and as instructed. Cut and prepare wire, cable, etc. to designated lengths and types and attach terminals.
