Assembly Test Technician will be responsible for supporting all aspects of assembly, validation, and qualification testing of both hydraulic and electromechanical actuation systems.
Job Responsibilities • Fabrication, assembly, and use of test fixtures and rigs • Assemble and test ball screws, hydraulic actuators, electro mechanical actuators. • Acceptance testing of hydraulic and/or electromechanical products. • Ensure calibration and certification of all instrumentation that is utilized for testing. • Support external testing activities at labs as necessary. • Perform basic machining operation using drill press, Bridgeport mill, manual deburr and polishing. • Blueprint reading and understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerances. • Use precision measuring devices such as micrometers, dial indicators, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.
Education Requirements • High School education or equivalent is required. • Associates degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or other related technical disciplines preferred.
