We are looking for dedicated hard-working employees to work part-time or full-time 40+ hours a week at a production facility in Augusta, Georgia. Great attitude and willingness to work as a team and follow instructions is a must.

Location:

• South Atlanta (Ellenwood)

Working hours:

• TBD, typically 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Opportunities for mandatory overtime

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts using hand tools and power tools
• Fabricate, modify, or repair parts
• Keep accurate inventory and store tools properly
• Prepare inventory for shipment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of mechanics, electrical, and refrigeration interaction is a plus but not required
• At least six months of industrial experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to read assembly directions and assemble with quality.
• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or higher education degree
• Six months of industrial work experience
• Ability to pass background check

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work inside and outside for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform job duties while sitting, standing (90%), squatting, bend at the waist, kneel and walking for extended period of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs., reach in all directions unassisted.
• Ability to use lifting motion over and below waist from 35lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to use vision or corrective vision to determine depth perception and to discriminate between color coated objects.
• Ability to perform gross motor functions, fine motor functions and maintain olfactory sensory functions.
• Ability to work in latex safe environment.
• Ability to be qualified using medical evaluations and physicals for adequate passing for respirator use.
• May be exposed to infectious diseases and occupational dangers such as needle pricks and outdoor inclement weather.
