Assembly Operator 2022-11 Job at M&R Precision Machining, Inc.
M&R Precision Machining, Inc. is a well-established Aerospace Manufacturing Company located in Elk Grove Village, IL and is currently recruiting for an Assembler/Inventory position. Contribute to the completion of shippable goods by way of reading blueprints and assembling product from Production and Inventory, using hand and pneumatic tools.
Included Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly work per routing, drawings and instructions
- Ensure component parts are available/inventory knowledge
- Responsible for quality of assembled parts
- May operate production machinery and computers as necessary
- Must be organized and detailed
- Trouble shoot assembly units
- Work with Engineering to ensure quality parts meet blueprints
- Accountable for meeting routed times on jobs
- Accountable for following established processes
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Perform mechanical tasks inlcuding loading and unloading of bins & pallets
- Must be certified/trained and operate fork lift to move materials as needed
Included Abilities:
- Quality-oriented, Customer-focused and Attention to Detail required
- May be required to work overtime depending on customer demand
- Must comply with company rules, policies and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure instructions, operation and maintenance instructions, blue prints
- Must speak English
Salary: $20.00+/hour – depending on experience and skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
