As a Machine Operator, you will set up machinery according to specifications and load materials into machinery. You will perform all functions on assigned production machines, including controlling and adjusting machine settings, feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines, and verify that product meets quality standards and keep records of approved and defective units. Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal assuring the batteries meet quality expectations.
Shifts are either 2nd, 3rd or weekends. 2nd shift 3pm-11pm, 3rd shift 11pm-7am and weekend shift times are either 11pm-11am or 11am-11pm. Work 24 hours and paid for 32 hours. Overtime will be required to cover weekday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math, reading and writing skills
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Detail oriented
- Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment or other industry
- Must be able to wear required PPE (if applicable)
- Qualified applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident card holder. Sponsorship is not available for this position

- A High School diploma or equivalent

- Our Associates are compensated with an hourly wage plus shift differential and with production incentive.
