NOW HIRING - PRODUCTION OPERATERS on 2nd or 3rd Shift!
Individual is responsible for setting up and operating the reinforcement machines
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage assigned machines
- Recognize and load suitable tube, layer stock, yarn and wire in assigned machines
- Recognize and eliminate known issues
- Document good and unacceptable product
- Accurately complete necessary paperwork daily
- Educate new employees as necessary
- Spot and report problem areas or strange conditions to supervisor
- Keep equipment and work areas in a neat and orderly condition all the time
- Apply personal safeguards for hands, feet and eyes as prescribed
- Perform related and other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Visual acuity – near acuity and accommodation for reading information to carry out job tasks
- Hearing acuity – Ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes in order to take suitable action
