Assemblers:

The Assembler would be responsible for maintaining assembly schedules and quality inspections.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

• Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and part lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials
• Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassembly.

Shipper

The Shipper assists in moving orders, assuring that all labels are correct, and assembling boxes onto the delivery truck.

• Accurately calculates the shipping cost for all orders using weight and measurements.
• Shipper will pick and pack items to fill and complete ongoing orders correctly.
• Creates shipping invoices, labels, and relevant documentation.
• Ensures destination/postage information is correct, tracks order delivery, and responds to customer inquires regarding shipments.
• Works with customers to resolve issues regarding interrupted shipments, lost shipments, etc...

Qualifications

• Posses physical strength and ability necessary to lift and move up to 70lbs.
• Ability to stand majority of the shift
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communication and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
• Posses broad knowledge of different shipping methods and costs.
• Ability to read and interpret invoices
• Work well in a team environment
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Maintain professional and polite demeanor when dealing with angry and upset customers.

Hours

Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 5:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Rockledge, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
