We are looking for a full-time Assembler with a starting pay of $16.50-17.00/hour, to support our Digital Print Division in Dayton, OH.

As an Assembler, you will be Fabricating, assembling, and testing various printhead & production components and/or fluids production and packing.

You will be required to:

  • Maintain a safe and positive work environment.
  • Comprehend and follow work instructions and procedures paying particular attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and take directions along with feedback.
  • Help to post and maintain accuracy of metrics, mean demands, inventory levels.
  • Assist in a smooth parts flow throughout cell as identified by the production team.
  • Understand and provide daily production metrics.
  • Cross train and work overtime as required.
  • Lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Perform repetitive work and stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Be a team player, flexible, dependable, willing to adapt to change.
  • Carefully handle fragile parts, needs manual dexterity
  • Inspect & identify flaws or imperfections in a product using microscopes.
  • Computer literacy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts is a plus.
  • Operation of equipment, some semi-automated with proper training
  • Microscope & Soldering experience desirable
For Clean Room positions:
  • Must be able to work in an enclosed clean room environment wearing appropriate clean room clothing and work with chemicals & solvents.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience preferred but will train motivated individuals.
