Asphalt Raker-Lute Job at Schmidt Construction Company
Schmidt Construction Co is seeking Asphalt Rakers for our Asphalt Crews in Castle Rock, CO. The Laborer performs various manual labor tasks around the plant. The Laborer will also assist in the maintenance of the plant and equipment.
Other opportunities are available for those with asphalt experience.
Pay: $24/hr - $28/hr based on experience

Responsibilities
The Asphalt Laborer will:
- Rake asphalt for patching and or paving crew
- Communicate Foreman and field personnel
- Able to perform work Safely
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Asphalt crew experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of materials
- Basic mechanical aptitude
