Duramax Asphalt is a veteran, family-owned - fast-growing asphalt and concrete company based in the North Metro. In 2014 we started our company using the infrared asphalt repair process. Since then, we have added crack sealing, mastic repair, seal coating, asphalt cutouts, mill patching, and concrete repair/replacement.

Position Requirements:

• Motivated personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Prefer - Experience with asphalt maintenance, concrete installation, demolition
• Able to work on your feet all day fulfilling labor requirements of the job
• A driver’s license with a clean driving record is desired but not required
• Class A or B CDL with a clean medical record is desired but not required
• Comfortable using a smartphone, or I-pad
• High school diploma or GED for a foreman position
• Clean drug screen throughout the season

Job Duties:

• Operate backpack blowers, concrete saws, brooms, rakes, shovels, wheelbarrow
• Operate plate compactor or vibratory roller, high-pressure air compressor, skid steer
• Loading, and unloading equipment onto trailers, securing the work area with cones, tape
• Working with hot asphalt, hot liquid rubber, Infrared heaters, wet concrete, seal coat
• Maintain a high degree of safety and professionalism throughout the project
• Have the ability to lift to 75 pounds
• Work in a team environment and follow the directions of the foreman
• Winter assignments may include snow plowing and snow management
