LGI Homes is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Southern California.

The Area Sales Manager is completely responsible for sales operations within assigned region, driving sales the LGI way. This position will recruit, select, train, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for the ongoing development and training of their team, conducting monthly manager trainings and goal-setting sessions. This role will also participate in weekly mortgage pipeline calls for all communities and create weekly sales report for leadership.
Requirements
A top producing sales management record and 5+ years of experience training, managing and motivating a team of personnel is required in this role. The VP of Sales must have excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and grow sales teams through coaching and productive feedback. Saturday and Sunday work and a valid driver’s license is required.
You must be willing to obtain an active real estate license.

Total Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000+ with uncapped earning potential
