Our company is seeking an experienced Foodservise Area Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the school cafeteria team, as well as managing multiple client accounts. This fast-paced position requires strong communication skills to masterfully handle customers and employees, and an innovative approach to marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the P&L, including setting sales and margin budgets and monitoring actual results.
- Create and manage budgets.
- Manage hiring, training, and compensation of school cafeteria staff.
- Define strategic direction of the region.
- Plans sales, marketing, and operations activities.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Codevelop/manage strategic alliances.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Work with cafeteria staff to keep collateral up-to-date.
- Cafeteria experience preferred.
- Food handlers
