The Night Shift Area Manager is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of commercial properties. A Janitorial Night Area Manager must ensure he/she follows company mission statement and values.

- 3-year Janitorial experience is a plus

- Schedule – Evenings/Nights
- Responsible for hiring and training all personnel
- Oversee operations of assigned accounts, i.e., quality control, labor pool, and managing employees to ensure they are following contractual obligations
- Responsible for overseeing and managing time sheet input, supply management, inventory and distribution of payroll as required assessment for assigned accounts
- Responsible for partial HR duties, including application distribution, hiring compliance, injury reporting
- Assists Branch Manager in maintaining/managing budgets for each building i.e., providing all necessary labor reports and any other pertinent data as it relates to payroll
- Assist in providing necessary supplies and tools for each jobsite i.e. inventories, start up, miscellaneous supplies/equipment
- Assist Management in generating/completing tag jobs
- Conducting building inspection after normal business hours
- Responsible for completing floor care and/or assisting floor technicians in completion of contractual obligations
- Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager
