Since our family-owned pool service and repair business, Barrow Pool Service, Inc., began in 2006, customer service and diligence have been at the heart of what we do. We provide professional service and repair work for clients including commercial and residential pools all across San Diego, including Chula Vista, East County, North County and the City of San Diego.

Our expertise and commitment to client needs have brought us exponential growth. So, we are seeking full-time employees to join our team of committed pool technicians.

We’re looking for employees who...

• have an entrepreneurial spirit and are interested in owning their own business down the line (and ready to prove this by treating their pool route as their own)

• enjoy spending time outdoors

• have some pool service experience, or are eager to learn quickly (paid training will be provided)

• have a professional appearance and demeanor

• are motivated and shows great attention to detail

• provide great customer service and strive to keep clients happy

• are looking to learn and grow within the pool/service industry

• are comfortable around dogs

• can lift 50 lbs and are ready to get their hands wet

• are able to work some overtime and some Saturdays (preferred, but not required)

• have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• are comfortable driving a truck from our fleet (gas stipend and company vehicle insurance provided by Barrow Pool Service)

• agree to a background check

• Live in Central San Dieogo (Clairemont, Kearny Mesa, Mission Valley, etc)
