In today's automotive market, we have noticed that most people go online to research the cars that they are interested in. We need you to turn them from Shoppers into Buyers!!
We're looking for experienced, energetic professionals who have successfully delivered on goals while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for working the leads we provide, "No Cold Calls!! Strong typing and verbal communication skills are a must. Training will be provided.
Compensation: Base Rate + Monthly Incentive Bonus = Fantastic Earning Potential!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
- Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
- Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to draw them into the store for proper vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction.
- Checks e-mail frequently and respond to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
- Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally.
- Coordinates Internet promotions with the other dealership sales promotions and advertising.
- Researches auto-buying services on the Internet and acts as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote its site or advertise.
- Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior Appointment Setter/Internet Sales experience preferred
- Great customer service skills.
- Be able to create and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong computer & phone skills.
- Work well with others.
- Arrive at dealership on time and ready to work !!
- Great attitude and high-energy personality.
- Superior ethics and strong communication skills.
- Self-starter and ability to be a great team player.
- VinSolutions CRM experience strongly preferred.
- Are excited to be part of an entrepreneurial, collaborative and growing organization
- Optional but not required: Bilingual.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
